Richard T. Alexander, Jr. lives in Buford, Georgia with his wife Joan. He has two grown daughters. Richard obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Brenau College, and earned his J.D. Degree, with honors, from Atlanta Law School. Richard began practicing law in 1986 and also served his country in the U.S. Air Force from 1971 to 1975. Richard is a 2003 graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College (TLC) located in Wyoming.
Richard is a member of the American Association of Justice and an Advocate and Fellow in the National College of Trial Advocacy, a life member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, a member of the American Bar Association, and a member the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Richard’s legal practice areas include Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, Personal Injury, Automobile Collisions, Truck Collisions, Fair Labor Standards Act, Premises Liability-Crime Victims’ Litigation, Legal and, Insurance Law, and Wage and Hour.
