Courts Authorized to Practice
Richard T. Alexander, Jr., Attorney at Law, is authorized to practice law in the following courts and jurisdictions: All Magistrate, State and Superior Courts in Georgia, Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia, Supreme Court of the State of Georgia, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
In addition, Richard has practice experience in state or federal courts in Virginia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. When a client's legal needs require litigation outside of Georgia, Richard can rely upon a personal network of over 650 of the country's best trial lawyers to help with the case. Out of state practice must be done with approval of the court in association with legal counsel admitted to practice in that jurisdiction.
